03 Extra An Iron Age treasure find The coins from Burvagn near Cunter in the Oberhalbstein were discovered by a cart driver in 1786. Gold and silver coins as well as jewellery from the middle of the 1st century BC were found in two copper pots, one on top of the other.Photo: Raetian Museum + The treasure’s composition proves that far-reaching trade relations already existed in the Iron Age.
